Bakula believes in & we can helping its customers as far as possible, and have therefore a liberal in our policy.
How do I cancel my order?
For any reason you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
If we have not shipped your package from our warehouse, you can make changes to your order. But if the order is processed and shipped from our warehouse, we won’t be able to cancel or do any changes to your order.
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
Return and Exchange Policy:
If you are for some reason not satisfied with the purchase from shopbakula.in, then you can return the package to the below mentioned address within 7 days from the date of delivery (Including holiday and weekends). The shipping cost need to be borne by the customer.
In case of any manufacturing defects or damage which is very unlikely, the shipping cost will be paid by us as a discount coupon to you; the maximum limit is INR 100/- which can be redeemed with the next purchase.
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue
- Any custom made orders
Please drop us an email at [email protected] within 3 days from the receipt of the package providing us the reason for exchange or return. Your reason for return will help us to fix if there are any gaps from our side. Make sure that the original product tag and product packing is intact when you send us the product back. The return and exchange will be processed and email communication will be sent with the status within 3 days,once we receive the product back.
On receiving the package, the return or exchange will be accepted purely at the discretion of our quality Team. The order may not be eligible for refund or exchange ;
- If the product is not returned with the tag or with original fold/original packaging and accessories, any complimentary goodies (If we have included in the order)
- If the product have been used, altered or damaged in any way before reaching us
Once the return or exchange is accepted, we will be issuing the credit note for the product value returned which excludes the Shipping charges. This can be used to redeem against the purchases at shopbakula.in

For international orders, if the package or the product needs to be returned then the customer has to bear the shipping charges.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
